Terms and Conditions – Total Office Group (Denver)

1. General
These Terms and Conditions govern all sales of goods and services provided by Total Office Group (“Company”, “we”, “us”) to the customer (“Customer”, “you”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to acceptance by the Company. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion. Orders cannot be cancelled once processed or submitted to suppliers without written approval.

3. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be agreed at the time of purchase. Late payments may incur additional fees or interest where permitted by law.

4. Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates only. The Company is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, carriers, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk passes to the Customer upon delivery.

5. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 28 business days of purchase, provided items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
The following items are non-returnable:

• Food and beverage items

• Special order or custom-made items

Approved returns may be subject to restocking fees.

6. Warranty
Products are covered by manufacturer warranties where applicable. The Company does not provide additional warranties beyond those required by law.

7. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Total liability shall not exceed the value of the goods purchased.

8. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or labor disputes.

9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado.

10. Changes to Terms
The Company reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
